Co-owner Trish (O’Neill) Luchini, a lifelong Milford resident, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College in 1991. She has been a mortgage professional for over 15 years. Prior to opening ALLMASS, Luchini managed a branch office for Beneficial Massachusetts Inc. Luchini and her husband Richard reside in Milford with their two sons.
Co-owner Marshall Day has worked in the Mortgage Industry for over 30 years. Before opening ALLMASS in 2002, Day served as a District Sales Manager for Beneficial Massachusetts Inc. overseeing 13 offices throughout Massachusetts, including branches in Framingham and Worcester. Day and his wife Leslie have two adult daughters.
